Grants & Funding Outreach Support

Research and communicate upcoming grant or funding opportunities for clients

Conduct preliminary outreach to funders or program staff where appropriate

Maintain a funding calendar and resource list for internal and client use

Strategic Growth Initiatives

Lead targeted outreach for pilot programs, new service offerings, and sector-specific campaigns

Conduct market scans and competitive assessments to identify new opportunities

Support organizational growth goals through coordinated initiatives across departments

Sales Development & Client Acquisition

Identify, engage, and qualify new leads across small-business and nonprofit sectors

Conduct discovery consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable services

Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams for seamless sales-to-service transitions

Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics

Outreach & Community Engagement

Build relationships with nonprofit networks, business associations, community groups, and strategic partners

Represent the company at events, workshops, and outreach initiatives

Support awareness efforts for newly launched or specialized service offerings

Develop outreach campaigns targeting underserved or high-potential sectors

Client Relationship Management & Retention

Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement

Facilitate renewal cycles for long-term service agreements

Identify opportunities for service expansion based on client needs (cross-selling and up-selling)

Resolve service-related concerns by coordinating with internal departments

Sales Enablement & Internal Collaboration

Develop and maintain standardized sales tools, playbooks, and service packages

Support the Marketing & Rebranding team with field intelligence and outbound campaign alignment

Provide reporting and analysis to leadership on trends, opportunities, and client behavior
